Your Role at Webhelp
As a Partner Support Representative, you will:
- Provide Basic SEO Optimization:
- Offer keyword gap analysis and on-site search recommendations.
- Conduct content auditing and prepare presentations with key takeaways.
- Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.
- Content Management and Optimization:
- Identify and communicate key gaps on partner sites.
- Conduct content best practice sharing and training to partners.
- Assist in the syndication partner onboarding process.
- Digital Business Plan Execution:
- Monitor the execution of the eTail toolkit and drive timely New Product Introduction (NPI) execution.
- Act as the first line of support for content queries.
- Language Support and Translation:
- Conduct local language translation checks on content and keywords.
- KPI Monitoring and Reporting:
- Review partner KPI dashboards and provide optimization recommendations.
- Follow up on KPI reporting from partners regarding digital marketing execution.
- Track overall digital business plan execution as requested.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- Native or proficient level in Arabic and proficiency in English.
- University degree in marketing, ecommerce, or business administration preferred.
- Minimum one year of related online sales and/or digital content management experience.
- Excellent negotiation, management, and communication skills.
- Strong computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
- Drive to achieve goals using negotiation, teamwork, motivation, and time/work prioritization.
Preferred Qualifications
It would be a plus if you have:
- Medium-level expertise in eMerchandising techniques and web analytics.
- Past experience in digital marketing and SEO.
