🌟 About the role
Our dynamic sales team is primed for expansion, and we’re looking for a founding Sales Partnerships Manager to drive growth in our franchise and enterprise accounts. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind expanding our franchise base beyond just inbound calls, and proactively seeking out and closing large-scale partnerships. You’ll also play a crucial role in scaling our existing clientele, turning them into raving fans and long-term advocates.

Blaze a trail as our inaugural partnership hire.

Collaborate closely with the leadership team, reporting directly to our CEO and working hand-in-hand with our VP of High-Velocity Sales.

Own a $1.6-2M ARR closed/year quota and hit it out of the park.

Build strong relationships with franchise groups and large accounts, leveraging your finesse to close deals with ease.

Grow our existing large accounts and maximize their potential.

Be prepared to hit the road – you’ll travel to close accounts and attend conferences to scout out new leads.

Maximize ACV (Annual Contract Value), crush time-to-close, increase sell-through rate, and hit those ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) targets.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for your closed accounts, paving the way for long-term success.

Franchise Expertise: You have a proven track record of closing franchise deals and cultivating strong relationships with similar large accounts. Even if you don’t have direct franchise experience, you’ve mastered selling to SMBs and brick-and-mortar businesses.

Analytical Acumen: You understand sales funnels inside and out, with an exceptional grasp of the intricacies of sales metrics, funnel dropoffs, and constraints.

Sales Tool Savvy: You’re well-versed in tools like HubSpot and can confidently navigate a range of sales tools.

The salary range for this role is from $180-210k OTE. However, total compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include (but are not limited to) job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
