- EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:Not less than 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design.
- Not less than 7 years of experience in the consultancy field.
SKILL SET REQUIREMENTS:
- Rich Experience in design engineering disciplines techniques, and best practices.
- Rich experience in UAE building codes and authorities’ requirements, regulations, and international codes and standards.
- Rich Experience in developing detailed design and tender documents, including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control to manage and deliver projects on time.
- Mastery of design software such as AutoCAD, with Revit experience being advantageous.
- Attention to detail and commitment to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Arabic and English, with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
PRE-QUALIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
