We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Human Resources Business Partner to become a vital part of our success story. Reporting directly to our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this role places you at the very heart of our flat hierarchy.

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Act as the Primary HR Contact:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all employees and managers regarding fundamental HR topics, questions, and issues.

  • Collaborate with Works Councils:

Collaborate closely with works councils to address various HR matters and ensure effective communication and cooperation.

  • Expertise in German Labor Law:

Demonstrate a strong understanding of German labor law and regulations, providing guidance and compliance support to the organization.

Offer strategic HR advice and consultation to senior management and C-level executives to drive organizational success.

  • Performance Management System:

Play a key part in processes such as the performance management system in collaboration with fellow HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

  • Localization of HR Policies:

Ensure that HR policies, processes, and systems developed at the global level are appropriately adapted to local culture and legislation within the covered geographies, while maintaining compliance with established standards.

  • Business-Specific HR Strategy Execution:

Collaborate with line managers, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and the broader HR team to execute HR strategies tailored to the specific needs of the business.

Engage in ad-hoc projects relevant to HR initiatives and organizational development, contributing to the continuous improvement of HR practices.
