1) Actively seek out new opportunities through networking via meetings, calls and emails.
2) Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
3) Listen to customer requirements and present our materials appropriately to make a sale.
4) Sell products by providing quotations, recommending solutions, identify products improvement or new products by reviewing current industry trends, & market activities.
5) Negotiate on price, delivery & specification with Customers.
6) Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
7) Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams. Generate Customer relations form report and sales enquire report.
8) Participate on behalf of the organizations in exhibitions & conferences.
9) Review your own sales performance aiming to meet or exceed targets.
Skills
- A Mechanical Engineering or related background.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Good negotiation skills
- Good competency in English & Arabic
- Passionate about sales and ability to deliver on sales targets.
- Driving License is a must.
