We at n8n are building the most powerful, flexible, and open workflow automation platform for technical people out there. We were founded end of 2019 and currently:

As we are not done growing we are now looking for a second Talent Acquisition Manager to join our small but mighty team.
What you can expect
day to day (80-90%):
End-to-end recruitment with a focus on Commercial roles (GTM & Ops functions) with a focus on quality over quantity (we want to grow our headcount sensibly)
Projects (10-20%):
As we are a lean people and ops team (and team in general) there will be a need to also support other areas. Below are some ideas of projects you could work on (e.g. D&I, Talent Development, Support People Ops, Work on improving n8n’s already great culture, Employer branding)
Requirements
Must have’s
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, with a strong emphasis on commercial roles in a dynamic, fast-paced
- Technical enough to be excited about what we are building at n8n
- Obsessively committed to creating outstanding experiences for both internal and external stakeholders
- Possesses strong business acumen and is adept at working with data to drive informed decisions
- Driven and inherently curious, always eager to acquire new knowledge and skills (this is super important)
- Humble, kind, and open to feedback (this is super duper important)
Nice to have (please do not shy away from applying even if you are not fulfilling any of these)
- You have previous experience in other people’s functions or from working in a commercial role
- Experience working in a remote-first setting and hiring all over Europe
- Previously worked in a company building a product for technical people
