Position Overview

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Darl Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, create intuitive designs, and contribute to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process, from concept to implementation, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric design solutions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to communicate and validate design concepts.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs and improve overall user satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with analytical problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other front-end technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
