Job Description
• Manage a variety of administrative activities, processes and projects working closely with Operations Manager
• Provide data input, word processing, spreadsheet and admin support
• Manage records and file of all documents pertaining to the properties
• Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the team
• Perform ad hoc duties as necessary
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Preferably Filipino Nationality
• Able to read, write and communicate to high standard in English, Arabic advantage
• Strong administration, organization and IT skills i.e. Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good team worker and communicator. Flexible and co- operative working style
• Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision
