Job Summary
The position of Associate Director would lead the Lean Systems Program (LSP) within the Institute of Research for Technology Development (IR4TD) in the Pigman College of Engineering.
The Lean Systems Program partners with organizations to solve their challenges using lean principles to create an engaged culture of continuous improvement that impacts operations at every level. LSP offers rigorous training and enriching on-site coaching experiences, encouraging collaboration to achieve operational alignment for organizations worldwide.
Essential duties for this position include but are not limited to the development and execution of LSP’s strategic business plan. Provide leadership and team development regarding personal development, team cohesion, and achieving objectives. Effectively communicate and administer programs and guide LSP teams based on target management and goal achievement throughout the year, and other duties as assigned.
This position reports to the Director of IR4TD.
