Requirements:
Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 3 year to less than 5 years
Credentials: ProServe program
Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- The candidates should be capable of handling repetitive tasks with attention to detail and be prepared for a large workload
Other Requirements:
- The candidates should be accurate in their tasks, demonstrating dependability in their responsibilities and possessing efficient interpersonal skills
- The candidates should have a strong client focus, exhibit excellent oral and written communication, and be flexible in their approach to tasks
- The candidates should be highly organized, demonstrate reliability in their commitments, and be effective team players

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
- The candidates should be able to balance cash, complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms, conduct performance reviews, and cost products and services
- The candidates should be able to enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, organize and maintain inventory, and monitor revenues, modifying procedures and prices
- The candidates should be able to ensure health and safety regulations are followed, negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies, and develop, implement, and analyze budgets
- The candidates should be able to participate in marketing plans and implementation, set staff work schedules, monitor staff performance, address customers’ complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and recruit, train, and supervise staff
