Job Description

The Operations Account Supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing multiple technology platforms, to increase the simplicity of processes, communication, and team collaboration. The Operations Account Supervisor helps to create and enhance digital tools that allow field sampling & client teams to operate efficiently. This role works to continually optimize the centralized field sampling model with a special focus on event volume plans and point of sale workflows.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Help build annual, quarterly, and incremental event plans including the planning process, timelines, and communication to internal and external stakeholders
  • Help develop & deploy central activation plans and budgets across all brands / programs, channels, and departments
  • Manage and maintain program lists and core data sets within operating platforms for execution controls, tracking and forecasting
  • Manage and maintain approved point-of-sale item lists and catalogs that combine brand world needs with field team & consumer feedback
  • Help further digitize and streamline the quarterly ordering process and manage communication with point of sale vendors and support staff
  • Provide internal and external user support for field operating systems and technology platforms
  • Work closely with internal tech teams to ensure tools are functional, effective, and designed for user experience
  • Develop & present recommendations & POVs that drive innovation for the business
  • Work closely with Planning & Regional teams to ensure ways-of-working are aligned with client’s business objectives and consider market nuances
  • Provide assistance to the Operations Director on other tasks/requests or new initiatives that may arise related to field execution

Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, decision making and problem-solving skills
  • Project and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams at once
  • Data driven and analytical mindset
  • Client relationship building and communication skills. Anticipates and proactively addresses challenges/issues.
  • Budget management skills and experience
  • A strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; proficient in Keynote, Sharepoint and Outlook
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience working with technology platforms and applications is preferred (i.e. CRM such as Salesforce)
  • Knowledge and experience in spirits / beer event industry is preferred

Additional Information

The anticipated salary range for this position is $68,000 – $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
