This is an exciting time to join Aston University, with the launch of our new 2030 Strategy. We are seeking to appoint an individual with the relevant knowledge, skills and experience necessary to support the University in meeting its external regulatory compliance requirements (e.g. Office for Students, Ofsted and appropriate Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Bodies). The role holder will be part of a team of quality assurance and enhancement team expected to identify and promote improvements and best practice in response to internal business needs and external requirements.
The role will support Colleges in implementing University quality assurance policy and continuous improvement, especially where it impacts on the student experience and to meet College and University strategic aims. You will have a good working knowledge of quality assurance and enhancement as these relate to higher education, with experience of working within Higher Education. Excellent written and oral communication skills are key for these roles, together with strong interpersonal skills and organisational skills.
