Job Description


JOB PURPOSE :

To plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities pertaining to performance appraisal through Success Factor systems & 360 degree assessments to track employee performance and strategy implementation. Manage & maintain the HR portal.- To plan, implement, monitor, and evaluate activities pertaining to Human Resource Planning which includes forecasting workforce requirements, developing organization structures, competency framework job evaluations and HRIS in Al Safi Dairy Co.

Responsibility :

1- Plan, develop, implement & maintain HR Planning, Performance (Appraisal) Evaluation – SF system, HR Portal, Job evaluation, Competency framework & HRIS policies, procedures and processes in an alignment with set standards

2-Ensure to set performance standards and cascade appropriate Objectives and KPIs at the individual employee levels to track key performance areas for AlSafi Dairy

3-Deliver Success Factor Performance Appraisal individual employee reporting systems and analytics processes to track corporate performance and strategy implementation by OE dept.

4-Maintain Success Factor system master library of objectives/KPIs and export reports and dashboards linked to employee individual performance in coordination with OE dept.

5-Lead and Support every department in assigning and cascading SMART individual employee objectives that are aligned to Business goals and strategies. Conduct & finalize Quarterly reviews through SF system on time.

6-Establish and maintain consistent job analysis procedures ensuring compliance with established job evaluation methodology. Collaborate with Department Managers in developing Job Profiles and Departmental Objectives and use these information as references in Performance Appraisal.

7-Plan, develop, implement Competency based HR system in Al-Safi Dairy company. Overall competency framework to cover updates on definition and levels for all Core, behavioral & technical competencies for Managerial, Supervisory and non-supervisory positions

8-Collaborate with Department Managers in identifying organization design that will support the goals and objectives of each department. Update the Table of Organizations (TOs) periodically to reflect the current job titles and employee head count on a monthly basis.

9-Implement Employee self-service System, 100 % Implementation of the HR portal on all ASDC employees
