We are a UK fintech company partnering with Genesis, building successful neo-banks with banking partners in emerging markets.
Our success builds upon a best-in-class product, customer experience, emotional engagement, viral marketing and unique credit decisioning expertise.
One of our founders had previously co-founded a highly successful Eastern European neobank with a multi-million customer base.
We have successfully launched Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021 which now has >1 mln active customers. In Q1 2023 we launched our second market with Liobank in Vietnam, which has gained great momentum. The next market on our list is India, and we are working on further markets across Europe, Asia, and Africa.
We are looking to scale our team to support the growth plan.
Our culture

Your Role
This role will be the eyes and ears for understanding the operational/finance performance in each of our operating and launch markets. Working with various stakeholders across the business to provide support and analysis to achieve our market/product targets.
This role combines financial oversight with commercial acumen, requiring a balance of strategic vision and practical financial skills. You will lead the development of our Commercial Finance capabilities, taking the initiative to implement systems, add capabilities, increasing understanding to support Fintech Farm in achieving its strategic goals.
The role will play a key part in supporting and strengthening the Finance/central function as the company scales.
Responsibilities
1. Operating Markets — Oversee:
- Monthly Management account review;
- Product economics and analysis for existing and planned products;
- Business plan updates for each market, supported by new markets team;
- Department reporting, including KPI drivers;
- Metrics used within the company, to get consistency and understands differences between markets;
- Work with finance support FF/Local partner to drive above activities.
2. Central:
- Prepare consolidated budgets/forecasts with New Markets team for long term business planning;
- Liaise with Business leads/Department heads to understand and forecast department spend/activity;
- Analyse central activity to support pricing negotiation for future markets;
- Monitor activity and performance in Fintech peers: to establish targets for business to achieve and to inform positioning of FF to investors;
- Support CFO with FF Investor reporting and requests.
Relationships
Our operating teams (business leads, developers) are based across Ukraine & Europe, our partner banks are overseas and so you will be a vital bridge between these worlds.
You will report to the CFO (Based in London) and work closely with the existing finance team and other core members of the central team (Legal, HR, New Markets), plus team members in our operational markets.

Your experience
- Qualified Accountant;
- 4+ years of experience in Commercial Finance/FP&A environment;
- 2+ years of UK or international (English-speaking environment) experience;
- Preferably experience in a start-up / fast-paced environment;
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
