Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates should have college or CEGEP graduates
Experience: Candidates should have experience of 2 years to less than 3 years

Physical Requirements:

  • The candidates should be individuals capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and experienced in working under pressure
  • The candidates should be able to meet tight deadlines efficiently, adept at handling repetitive tasks with precision, and have a strong attention to detail in their work

Other Requirements:

  • The candidates should be individuals who are accurate in their work and possess excellent oral communication skills
  • The candidates should have excellent written communication abilities and demonstrate flexibility in their approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • The candidates should be organized in their work habits, reliable in meeting job requirements and deadlines, and team players capable of collaborating effectively with others

Candidate Status:

  • Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary foreign workers of Canada are eligible for this position
  • International Candidates who don’t have a valid Canadian work permit also can apply

Responsibilities:

  • The candidates should be able to identify current and prospective staffing requirements, prepare and post notices and advertisements, and advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
  • The candidates should be able to review candidate inventories, contact potential applicants to arrange interviews, and notify applicants of results of the selection process, preparing job offers
  • The candidates should be able to advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures, organize and administer staff consultation and grievance procedures, and determine eligibility for entitlements, arranging staff training
  • The candidates should be able to provide information or services such as employee assistance, counseling, and recognition programs with efficiency
