Oversee the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
Conduct regular internal audits to assess financial controls and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency
Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports
Evaluate and enhance internal controls to mitigate financial risk
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in financial control
Manage Cost Accounting, management Accounting, Account Receivable and Account Payable, financial Oversight, Control and Accountability.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (BSc)
Proven experience in financial control roles, with a minimum of 12 years
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership and communication skills
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
