We’re looking for a Growth Sales Manager to help us develop and implement strategies to grow Webflow’s high velocity and efficient Sales Assist motion.

About the role

  • Location: Remote-first (United States; BC ON, Canada)
  • Full-time

  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $270,000 – $290,000. Compensation for this role is comprised of the role’s On Target Earnings (“OTE”) range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions target and annual base salary for the role. All figures cited above are in $USD and pertain to workers located in the United States. Pay is based on several factors including market location, and may vary depending on job related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

As a Growth Sales Manager, you’ll …

  • Lead one of our Growth Account Executive teams and recruit, interview, coach and mentor new Growth Account Executives to exceed goals and targets
  • Provide support and guidance to direct reports by participating in and leading client meetings or engaging other corporate resources to remove obstacles
  • Lead regular team meetings to review sales pipeline and forecast, discuss sales strategies and lead sales and product training sessions
  • Provide regular coaching for earlier in career Account Executives on prospecting/pipeline generation, sales calls, sales process, deal navigation and closing plans
  • Drive energy and grow a positive and collaborative culture that inspires teamwork, performance and achievement
  • Facilitate feedback loop between Sales and Engineering, Marketing, Post-Sales and Support
  • Align with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnership on high-velocity sales strategy and process
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to build high-quality onboarding and customer experiences between pre and post sales
  • Identify product and technology gaps with customers and present a point of view to Webflow’s Product and Leadership Teams
  • Regularly report out on team’s performance, KPIs, customer insights, roadblocks and sales forecast

About you

You’ll thrive as a Growth Sales Manager if you have:

  • A growth mindset
  • A track record of exceeding targets in a full cycle sales role as an individual contributor and, ideally also as a manager
  • Experience leading new innovative work streams from scratch
  • Proven experience leading, nurturing, coaching and managing teams
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Experience with both complex sales cycles and fast-paced high velocity cycles, ideally with a B2B SaaS product
  • Love for testing, tracking, and iterating on your process
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously
  • Knowledge of or interest in web design, development, or Webflow products
