Our team in Zurich is seeking a talented individual to join us as an Implementation Specialist.
Responsibilities:
Implementation Project
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
- Collaborate with clients to define configuration details.
- Configure the systems.
- Coordinate projects with external setup parties, support teams, back-office teams, CRM teams, and reporting specialists.
- Oversee software installation, links setup, data feed setup, initial load, and change requests.
Implementation during Production
- Apply configuration changes post the go-live date.
- Implement form updates during production.
Development
- Maintain and optimize the setup process.
- Participate in training sessions, providing valuable insights for improving training documentation to the product manager.
