Responsibilities:

Implementation Project

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the implementation phase.
• Collaborate with clients to define configuration details.
• Configure the systems.
• Coordinate projects with external setup parties, support teams, back-office teams, CRM teams, and reporting specialists.
• Oversee software installation, links setup, data feed setup, initial load, and change requests.

Implementation during Production

• Apply configuration changes post the go-live date.
• Implement form updates during production.

Development

• Maintain and optimize the setup process.
• Participate in training sessions, providing valuable insights for improving training documentation to the product manager.
