• Run and Manage the Brokerage Office. Assume responsibility for the overall management and operation of the brokerage office in Dubai.
• Implement effective strategies to drive business growth, increase sales, and enhance the office’s market presence.
• Invest your own capital into the company, becoming an equity business partner.
• Collaborate with the leadership team in decision-making processes and contribute to the long-term success of the company.
• Leverage your extensive real estate experience to handle property transactions, negotiations, and client interactions.
