The Role

Are you a self-motivated and established Enterprise Account Executive that wants to make money selling an innovative technology while also solving crime? If you thrive in a competitive, fast-paced, and mission-driven environment, this is a game-changing opportunity for you. Flock is looking to add a Regional Sales Manager to our School Safety team. This person will play a key role in helping the company grow, owning demand generation, partnerships, and full cycle sales. The School Safety team focuses on Division One Universities (Higher Ed) across the US, as well as the largest K-12 school districts to create more awareness around school safety as well as protect students staff on campus. Our solutions take a proactive approach to school safety with License Plate Reading cameras real-time alerts for local law enforcement and security resource officers (SROs).The position requires regional travel up to 50%.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage the entire sales process (prospecting, qualifying, positioning, closing, and supporting client onboarding) from beginning to close.
  • Meet (or exceed) monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
  • Grow pipeline of opportunities consistently to support quota attainment
  • Acquire net new logos and work on expanding to multi-product solutions with existing customers (hunter and farmer)
  • Build a pipeline of leads across multiple verticals

We’re looking for people who:

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, field sales preferred
  • Education sales experience
  • Technical product or software experience (SaaS)
  • Experience using outbound sales strategies to develop new business within a defined territory
  • Self-starter mentality with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and produce results in a defined territory
  • Strong presentation and demonstration skills
  • Energized by solving customer’s problems- e.g. consultative sales approach
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced, data-driven sales environment
  • Startup experience is a plus
  • Wear multiple hats to support company growth, while also executing on quota/pipeline expectations

💰Salary Equity: In this role, you’ll receive a base salary of $150,000 with an OTE of $300,000 as well as stock options
