This is a full time, fixed term appointment to October 2025 and could be worked as either a 0.8 or 1 FTE.
The School’s Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Team are seeking a Harassment and Sexual Misconduct Policy Adviser to work with us to support our mission to advance equity, diversity and inclusion in education, research and employment across the School.
The role holder will be responsible for working with the Head of EDI to develop and deliver both a prevention and response strategy to all forms of harassment and sexual misconduct which meet legal and regulatory requirements; oversee effective and trauma-informed reporting and referral pathways for victim-survivors; and manage a range of internal and external partnerships providing support for staff and students at the LSE. They will also have an opportunity to develop staff and student training (e.g. in consent and bystander intervention).
Candidates should have a proven record of establishing policies and procedures to embed prevention and strong case management; ability to deliver training on sexual violence and/or harassment, tailoring communication styles to different audiences; and strong crisis management skills.
