Palmpay is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Transfer Service Product Manager to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle of our transfer services, from conception to execution. As a Transfer Service Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to enhance the efficiency, user experience, and overall performance of our transfer services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for transfer services, aligning with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product enhancement for innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set realistic timelines.

Product Development:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality transfer services.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other team to define product requirements and specifications
  • Conduct regular product reviews and provide feedback to optimize features and functionalities.

User Experience and Design:

  • Champion user-centric design principles to enhance te overall user experience of transfer services.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to make data-driven improvements
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Implement key performance indicator (KPIs) to measure the success of transfer services.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with data analyst to derive insights to make informed decisions.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communications and understanding of product goals.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on product development, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or any related fiels: MBA is a plus
  • 5-7 Proven experience in product management with a focus on transfer services or related domains.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
  • Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance is a plus
