Summary
Primary focus as part of the auto and equipment securitization team, but also opportunity to work with other asset class teams. Activities will encompass bank finance facilities and capital markets execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Business Planning
Structuring / Execution / Credit
- Supporting the structuring and execution process of securitization transactions
- Particular focus on analytical and quantitative transaction support
- Preparation of credit submissions and assisting Credit Department in evaluating securitization exposures for the Bank
- Participation in the credit review process
- Support portfolio management efforts through facility monitoring, renewals, and amendments.
2. Management and Reporting
- Report to head of Auto and Equipment Sector on the progress of the business and specific issues (p&l and risks), and work closely with the portfolio management team
3. Risks
- Responsible for risk analysis in connection with financing facilities and capital markets underwriting
4. Counterparties and clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with peers in other organizations and with clients of the Bank
5. Communication
Key Internal Contacts
Interaction with the relevant client coverage teams
Securitization teams and senior management in Crédit Agricole CIB Americas
Coordination with relevant support functions (risk and operations, credit and legal department)
GMD Sales and Trading
Key External Contacts
Securitization clients in the context of the structuring and the execution of transactions
Law firms, coordinating all the transaction documentation and the execution process, in close coordination with in-house legal
Rating agencies and audit firms whenever necessary
Accompany sales to investor clients, where necessary, to explain product or explain transactions

Salary Range: $110k-$160k
Bachelor’s degree required.
