This is a role for an Accountant to have overall responsibility for the day-to-day financial management of the school which include, (but not limited to) invoicing school fees, receipts, financial transfers, and other transactions.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field, with a major specialization in Accounting.
Must have 8 to 10 years experience in the same field.
Proficiency in the use of Tally, Sage or related account- ing softwares.
Proficiency in the use of MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Job Requirements and Skills:
Ability to manage all accounts, administer payroll for all school employees, knowledge of taxation and auditing.
Very strong organizational, interpersonal, and intrapersonal skills.
Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, with sense of responsibility, autonomy, and accountability.
