Are you energised by crafting trend-setting digital campaigns with content driving engagement?

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and self-started person to join our Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) Team to drive our digital consumer engagement strategy in the LEGO Group.

Core Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product and channel owners, in and external collaborators to connect and promote LEGO® owned channels and find alignment within the LEGO® ecosystem

  • Generate ideas and implement marketing campaigns and content across LEGO® platforms LEGO.com, LEGO.com/kids, LEGO Builder, LEGO® Life app and Magazine and connecting these owned experiences within the wider LEGO® ecosystem.

  • Work in collaboration with Global teams to understand marketing plans and assess whether regional nuances will need to be addressed at a local market level

  • Editorial planning and publishing digital content for strategic projects in REEMA & APAC markets. Support localisation and language versioning process

  • Work with campaign tools and CMSs to build and publish campaign landing pages and generate relevant digital content (e.g., articles, polls, quizzes and competitions)

  • Support Regional and Global Marketing teams on digital projects, marketing campaigns & workshops, brainstorming new content types and turning plans into action

  • Review content performance to provide insights and propose recommendations to marketing & project teams

  • Define campaign strategies and present opportunities to key partners

  • Monitor regional content trends to encourage content opportunities

The Digital Consumer Engagement (DCE) team is responsible for the creation, growth, and engagement of our owned channels across kids, adult and family audiences. These experiences are a core to the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in significant ways that crafts deeper consumer engagement and improved consumer lifetime value.

The Regional Marketing team where this role sits is the team that ensures growth and marketing integration owned channels within the markets. We create local, relevant content for our experiences for individual markets to support the global content and markets trends.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Degree holder preferably in business/marketing with a minimum of 3 years working in a similar role

  • Proven track record in the end-to-end campaign execution from planning, creation to post-campaign review

  • Well organised, analytical individual with an ability to deliver timely campaigns, confident in communicating results and recommendations

  • A self-starter & a fantastic teammate with experience working with international teams

  • Excellent communicator and proficient in English, fluent Chinese could be a pl

  • Strong stakeholder management skill
