Job Description


We have a unique and exciting opportunity for an Analyst to join the Office of the Global CEO. This role who will be instrumental in supporting the Global CEO’s office. The Analyst will execute on logistical and operational tasks for the firm’s executive leadership team.

Primary Responsibilities

The Analyst will play a broad role in supporting and helping manage the Global CEO’s time, collaborating with their Executive Assistant, and assisting in the preparation and follow-up of internal and external meetings, developing the necessary materials and content, coordinating agendas, and collaborating with other team members in the Office of the Global CEO on firmwide initiatives.

  • Produce and refine deliverables for the Global CEO – including briefing memos, research, presentation decks, and analysis .
  • Develop meeting agendas and follow up on action items with the team members accordingly.
  • Support cross-functional projects, ensuring action items are executed on behalf of the Global CEO and other members of leadership.
  • Fulfill tactical requests, handling the projects that do not fit neatly within the organization chart or that fall between work streams or leadership areas of responsibility.
  • Support the planning and logistics for all in-person and virtual Global Board and Global Management meetings.
  • Promote team integration as well as cross-functional communication and collaboration.

The Analyst should be an initiative-taking and dedicated individual with a vigorous work ethic, strong interpersonal skills and keen critical thinking expertise. The ideal candidate will function effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment while exhibiting excellent client service skills and professionalism in all interactions.

  • International business experience with oversight of international projects is preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive teams and contributing to enterprise-wide projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the proven ability to see complex projects through to execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; advanced PowerPoint is necessary.
  • Ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments.

About You

  • One to two years of international business and project management experience is preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail with the proven ability to see complex projects through to execution.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to navigate complex or ambiguous environments.
