About the role
We are looking for an experienced and creative professional to join our award-winning Marketing & Advancement (M&A) team to lead, manage and deliver marketing and communication plans to support Loughborough Business School’s strategic objectives and priorities.

This is an exciting new role in M&A, reporting to the Assistant Head of Strategic Marketing, School Marketing Lead, to design, deliver and optimise multiple campaigns and projects spanning student recruitment (undergraduate and postgraduate), research and innovation to enhance Loughborough Business School’s profile and reputation as a research-led institution and a high-quality first choice destination for students.

The role will also provide support to the Assistant Head of Strategic Marketing, School Marketing Lead in delivering activity that ensures Loughborough demonstrates its distinctive strengths and place within the HE sector.

About you
With a strong passion for marketing and a proven track record in leading and delivering a wide range of student recruitment marketing activity, you will have significant previous experience working in a varied and fast-paced organisation.

You will be confident, diligent, and enthusiastic, self-motivated and audience-focused with the ability to demonstrate excellent organisation and leadership skills.

You will also have demonstrable project management experience that is underpinned by a commitment to high quality, an excellent eye for detail, and a robust approach to monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
