This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in 10th of Ramadan City. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The Human Resources Manager will also work with managers across the company to support a positive and productive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
Experience in recruitment and employee onboarding
Experience in employee relations and conflict resolution
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees across the company
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
