SEO Manager at Softwarium – Djinni

Softwarium is a Ukrainian IT company that develops software for American, Canadian and Norwegian customers in the fields of education, medicine, energy and security.

Currently we are looking for a SEO Manager for our Partner company — a digital-first, fully integrated marketing agency seeking an experienced SEO Manager to lead our SEO team.

This position requires deep, hands-on SEO expertise, as well as agency experience and management of 1 or more SEO staff. We are seeking someone comfortable with asking for help and working alongside an equally capable counterparty. The capability to oversee the big picture, all the way through the supervision of daily details related to local, on-site, and off-site SEO.

The SEO Manager will provide a strategy and execute this strategy with the team.

The SEO Manager is a strong communicator, both internally and externally. Must speak fluent English and be able to speak with clients. The ideal candidate will be able to convey SEO principles to non-initiated clients, mentor and build relationships with internal SEO staff, and deliver detailed work plans to guide agency SEO progress.

Strategy, Execution, and Reporting are the most important attributes of this role.

Our main client is in the AI and LLM domain but we welcome all SEO backgrounds, preferably a technology background. Although this is preferred, the ideal candidate should be eager to learn and expand their knowledge across diverse disciplines and verticals to understand the higher SEO standards applied to each relevant sector.

Roles And Responsibilities:

– Oversee strategy implementation, recurring technical/content/local audits, task prioritization, and competitive analyses.
– Set SEO performance goals and KPIs, such as search visibility, organic traffic, search rankings, search engine visibility, keyword rankings, content/page conversions and performance, and GBP enhancements.
– Work closely with agency leadership, and account and project management to establish consistent standards for SEO audits, strategic recommendations, project and task planning, competitive and keyword research, and monthly/quarterly/annual reporting.

SEO Manager Requirements:

– 2+ years of experience working as an SEO manager or lead or a similar role
– Knowledge of the best on-site and off-site SEO practices
– Experience and understanding of implementing AI with SEO (pSEO, content writing)
– Experience using the most popular website crawlers (ScreamingFrog, DeepCrawl, and Moz), SEO analysis tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, and SEOptimer), and web analytics software (mostly Google Analytics)
– Daily time tracking is required
– Preferred managerial-level communication skills. Should be Autonomous
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and Data Driven
– English: Advanced

AI and LLM SEO and marketing experience is ideal, but not required
