POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is a seasoned full stack developer with strong experience in frontend
development, PHP/VB.Net, and databases (SQL Server/MySQL) to ensure the end-to-end development and maintenance of high-quality software
applications. This role combines expertise in both frontend and backend development, allowing the individual to contribute to the entire
software development lifecycle. With their proficiency in frontend technologies, the full stack developer creates intuitive and visually
appealing user interfaces, while their understanding of SQL and database design principles enables them to design, implement, and optimize
efficient and scalable database architectures. By leveraging their skills in frontend development, SQL, and databases, they collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless, performant, and feature-rich applications that leverage structured data for
insightful business solutions and enhanced user experiences.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Ability to visualize a proposed system and be able to build it, gleaning requirements, and proposing end-to-end design. Strong understanding
of branding/brand strategy a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work independently to gather requirements from user specifications, and
developing bespoke applications based on business need. This involves understanding and analyzing existing business rules, needs, policies
and best practices, as well as understanding user workflows, and effectively communicating with the team lead. Develop a project plan and
work in an agile environment to deliver responsive solutions to address USF Foundation and Advancement operations’ needs.

Work with
Low Code, and automation solutions to produce rapid prototypes and solutions.
Understand, and utilize server and virtualization
strategies to best leverage the new web technologies. Create data diagrams, and other visualizations to enhance understanding of critical
business performance.

Provide ad-hoc support to critical web-related business functions and legacy USF Foundation web applications in
a timely manner. Work with users to test and debug programs written in Visual Basic, and C#(.NET).

Write on-going documentation and
provide user support in the usage of the software application. Ensure data quality, integrity, and accuracy.

Performs other duties as
assigned.

Provide Audio/Video support, and training for the Foundation.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

MINIMUM:
Bachelor’s
degree in Computer Science, MIS or other field involving software and analytical training, and four years of IT related work experience, OR
a Bachelor’s degree with no specific required field and five years of IT related work experience, OR a Master’s degree and three years of IT
related work experience, OR a combination of eight years of IT related work experience and validated training. Preparation for a relevant IT
certification is considered to be related training.

PREFERRED:
Solid background in SQL (TSQL, MySQL), as well as in VB.Net, C#, or
PHP. Experience in front-end technologies, including Vanilla JavaScript. Previous experience with Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc. Experience
configuring Windows servers for application deployment.
