• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP Consultant, with expertise in SAP recruitment field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP recruitment or related HR functions.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, effectively conveying technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Comprehensive understanding of industry best practices and trends in SAP, coupled with the capability to offer insights and suggestions for system enhancements and optimizations to enhance overall business efficiency and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal competencies to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, adeptly communicating technical concepts and solutions to audiences with varying technical expertise.
- Advanced analytical proficiency in interpreting complex business procedures and translating them into efficient SAP solutions, leading to well-integrated and streamlined operations for clients.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules and configurations.
• Experience with SAP implementation projects preferred.
