POSITION SUMMARY

Nurps is seeking a dynamic and strategic Affiliate Network Manager to lead and expand our affiliate relationships, focusing on building a robust network of affiliates, including individuals and companies, to generate high-quality leads for our SAAS Algorithmic trading  products. The ideal candidate will recruit new affiliates, manage the onboarding process, and ensure alignment with our target market. They will maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates, addressing their questions, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to maximize performance. Additionally, the Affiliate Network Manager will collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective affiliate marketing strategies, making data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance. This role requires proven experience in affiliate marketing, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Affiliate relationship building and growing Nurps  affiliate network.

  • Meeting outbound communication targets

  • Recruitment and onboarding affiliates on a monthly basis.

  • Communicate to our existing clients about the opportunity to be a referral partner 

  • Monitor inbound referral activity for possible affiliate opportunities

  • Regular meetings with the affiliate community

  • Build affiliate program systems and processes.

  • Performance tracking and optimization

  • Affiliate  resource design and management.

  • Compliance and fraud prevention.

  • Manage and design affiliate performance incentives and rewards.

  • Industry monitoring and innovation. 

  • Perform other duties as necessary or assigned. 

KEY COMPETENCIES 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and ability required to be successful in this role, but are not necessarily all-inclusive.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  • GED or High School Diploma (required)

  • Minimum of 5 years experience building affiliate networks for businesses with high ticket products or financial industry.
