Airbnb/Apartment Manager
Venmac Recruitment – Our client, AirBnB Apartment in gwarimpa, Abuja is recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description
- Manage the marketing of the apartment to grow reservations, ensuring the AirBnB platform has exceptional pictures and descriptions
- register the apartment on OTA’s and channel managers like booking.com, expedia etc
- Answer guest questions and meet with guests to exchange keys at the beginning of stays
- Hires individuals to perform maintenance, and must be available to handle any emergencies when guests are staying.
- Maintain a calendar of reservations to prevent double-bookings
- explain house rules to new guests
Requirements
- a Diploma holder or a degree holder
- Ability to communicate properly
- Experience working in a hotel, or for a property management company can be helpful
- Gender – Female
Salary
N50,000 / month.
