Twinkly Tots is a private school that was established in August 2017 by Olamide Adeniji. From a young age, Olamide has been passionate about the development of young children and would visit her mother’s nursery & primary school on a daily basis to work with the children. She decided to pursue her passion and now holds a Bachelor in Education in Early Childhood Education and Economics from the prestigious and foremost university in Nigeria, the University of Ibadan. She also holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Hull, United Kingdom. She has worked in several schools in Nigeria and the United Kingdom, and she also holds several certifications in child care and development.Job Overview:

The Creche Staff will provide safe, stimulating, and nurturing care for children in the creche area.
The staff member will supervise and engage with the children, provide snacks and meals, and ensure that the environment is clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
Engage children in age-appropriate activities, including play, storytime, and music
Prepare and serve snacks and meals, following dietary restrictions and guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized creche area, ensuring that toys and equipment are cleaned and disinfected regularly
Monitor children's developmental progress and report any concerns to the supervisor
Work collaboratively with other creche staff members and communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus
Previous experience working with infants and toddlers in a childcare setting
Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
Understanding of child development and best practices for infant and toddler care
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
