About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate technically minded individual to help our clients get the most out of the Dotdigital platform. This role is central to the success of our customers’ long term relationship with Dotdigital. Alongside our Project Managers, Implementation Consultants are one of the first members of the post-sales team to work with clients and it’s pivotal that we start their success from day one.

The job doesn’t stop there. Our platform is always evolving, and so are our customers’ needs. The Implementation Consultancy Team are responsible for enabling both new and existing clients to get the most out of the Dotdigital platform through technical transformation. Our Implementation Consultants work closely with a team of market-leading Dotdigital experts to deliver the very best solutions for our customers. Our Implementation Consultants will need to be able to gather requirements, break them down into digestible deliverables and design and deliver scalable solutions. The Implementation Consultant must also be able to work well in a team and partner with the wider Consultancy team to write and deliver our SOWs (Statement of Works) to the highest standard.

It is critical during this initial period that customers are enabled and empowered to use the Dotdigital platform to its fullest potential. The Implementation Consultant is one of the primary person(s) responsible for ensuring platform adoption and successful delivery of the project.

Using a consultative and customer-first approach along with leveraging strong project management principles, they will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support through the project lifecycle. The Implementation Consultant must fully understand the client’s business and architecture along with their data to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integrating in a timely and impactful manner.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for quoting new implementation projects.
  • Supporting the Pre Sales team in new business pitches and aide requirements gathering.
  • Responsible for supporting the dedicated Onboarding Team in delivering new client onboardings through provisioning, design and implementation of the Dotdigital platform.
  • Enable and empower the customer to use the platform efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure all solutions are robust, scalable and set up to increase platform adoption.
  • Provide both reactive and proactive technical consultancy of the Dotdigital Platform.
  • Responsible for quality of setup and ensuring best practice is adhered to at all times.
  • Work with the wider Consultancy team to provide expert industry advice and support.
  • Liaise with the Product team to provide both market insight into partner technologies and feedback on our customers’ requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Department to ensure the customer experience is of the highest quality.
  • Responsible for providing technical guidance and solution handover training to the client.
  • Responsible for supporting and collaborating with the wider Consultancy team when the implementation project stretches across a multitude of teams to gain maximum impact and client satisfaction during delivery.
  • Fully understanding of their application environment and data to provide insightful and effective design recommendations for integration in a timely and impactful manner is needed.

About You

  • Graduate to 1 years experience implementing a SaaS software solution.
  • University degree in Computer Science with a final result of 70% or higher.
  • Self-motivated and innovative with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills; written and verbal.
  • Experience in testing & triggering Restful APIs.
  • Experience with web development languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, Javascript).
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce & CRM Solutions. (Magento/Salesforce/Shopify/Dynamics etc)
  • Basic knowledge of Office 365 Suite & Postman.
  • Interested in working for a Marketing Technology Platform that is capable of delivering highly personalized content and messages across all digital channels.
