1. Assist Senior Banker and FI Sales/ DCM in FIG-related work
– Conducting open-source research on relevant business issues and gathering market information to draft, create, and edit memos, notes and reports which allow Senior Banker, FI Sales and DCM front officers to carry out their work properly and efficiently
2. Onboarding new clients and opening new client accounts
– Onboarding new clients established through FI Sales and DCM, and performing all the necessary tasks related to account opening
3. Create or Update KYCs
– Conducting KYC procedures for new clients and performing KYC updates based on the changes of existing clients’ information or credit profiles
– Updating clients’ information on a timely basis whenever necessary
4. Set-up credit limits
– Setting up credit limits for FI Sale’s OTC, repo and cash bond business by analysing counterparty’s credit profile and risks and closely communicating with RPC
5. Supporting NAP process
– Enhancing the understanding of new products and closely collaborate with GMD Business Manager to secure new product approvals
6. Perform FIG-related administrative tasks
– Interest in corporate and investment banking products
– Ability to work independently, self-starter, problem solver
– Capable of undertaking a busy and fast paced role with varied duties
– Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
– Fluent in both spoken and written English
