Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, chat, or in-person in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services and stay updated on new features or offerings.
- Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments.
- Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions and transactions in the company’s database or CRM system.
- Information Sharing: Educate customers about our products, services, promotions, and company policies.
- Problem-Solving: Employ critical thinking to identify solutions and alternatives for customer issues.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services to customers.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in regular training and quality assurance programs to improve service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Technical Support, to address customer needs effectively.
- Feedback Handling: Collect and report customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to the relevant teams for continuous improvement.
