Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate – Applied Mathematics within College of Engineering & Physical Sciences.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for this postdoctoral research position in the general areas of Bayesian inference and statistical physics. The emphasis of this research will be on employing theoretical and numerical methods from Bayesian statistics and statistical physics to study mode decomposition in optical communication and imaging. 

You should have excellent mathematical and computational skills and have a background in statistical physics and Bayesian inference.
