An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Student Records Administrator to join our busy Student Records Team within Student and Academic Services. This is a key role in providing administrative support for the maintenance of student record data held in SITS (Student Records Management System). You will be a front-line point of contact for both students and staff delivering efficient and effective administrative functions to support the student journey.

Working closely with members of the student records team you will ensure that student record data is accurate and follow up any queries with colleagues working in other departments. You will be responsible for processing changes to the student record data held in the student records system (SITS) held for all students within the University. This may be related to programme, tuition fee, personal details, or student status. You will be responsible for accurately checking award lists from Colleges, maintaining research degree paperwork, and processing degree certificates for students. You will also assist with Graduation ceremonies and any relevant preparation related to the ceremonies. In addition, the role involves ensuring changes to the Student Records are accurately reported to Student Loans Company. The role holder will be expected to provide accurate advice and assistance from both staff and students on a variety of queries on a day-to-day basis whilst adhering to data protection and confidentially guidelines.
