The Admissions team are looking for an enthusiastic and student focused Admissions Manager to join our growing Postgraduate and Professional Admissions Team.
This role will lead on the strategic management and planning of all admissions and conversion aspects of new entrants onto a group of Aston University’s Postgraduate and Professional programmes. The role will ensure that the postgraduate and professional prospective student journey is customer-focused, efficient and places appropriate emphasis and control of the service speed and accuracy to enable maximising of application generation to enrolment conversions. The manager will be responsible for the line management of 4-6 direct reports.
The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in higher education within admissions or student recruitment and will have a detailed working knowledge of UK/International qualifications and admissions processes. Excellent team working skills and the ability to engage effectively with wide of key stakeholders in the Admissions Team and in the academic Colleges are essential to this post.
