Position description :
SPIE OGS was awarded a significant and strategic Operation & Maintenance Contract for a new Petrochemical Plant in Turkey which consists in two units : a PDH Plant (about 500,000 metrics tons per year) and a PP Plant (about 500,000).
The scope of work for SPIE OGS shall consist in Operation and Maintenance Engineering, Training Engineering, HSE Engineering and then, upon site mobilisation in Turkey:
– Provision of training services for Operation and Maintenance staff,
– Support to the plant start-up,
– Operation & Maintenance services after start-up.
As Project Manager, your main duties will be to :
Manage all the contractual issues (HR, financial, schedules, taxes…)
Ensure the progress of the project
Provide internal (fiancial) and external reporting (to the client)
Closely cooperate with specialists and lead engineers
Manage technical matters, to be the technical referent for the project
Ensure full client satisfaction and project financial performance
The position will be based in our Headquarter at Cergy.
Know you could travel to see the client one time per month in Turkey and more punctualy in Thaïland.
Graduated as an engineer, you have a significant experience (at least 8 years) in project or service contract management for a petrochemical site in Operation and Maintenance for petrochemical sites.
You also have experiences in writing and submit project deliverable
Familiar with Operations & Maintenance development activities, you have good overview of Oil & Gas industry field including operational, processes etc.
You have strong understanding on HSE, QA/QC and professional ethics.
You have at least a professional level in english. To speak Turkish and French is an added value.
Capacity to work in international environment, you are adaptable and well organized
You are able to produce credible, reliable and realistic project deliverables, you are reliable during meeting with clients
