Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and prioritize tasks, patient care, and administrative responsibilities.
Develop and implement efficient healthcare workflows to enhance overall office productivity and patient satisfaction.
Handle sensitive patient information with utmost discretion and maintain a secure and organized healthcare environment.
Conduct regular assessments of administrative processes, recommending improvements and implementing changes as needed to enhance patient care.
Serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and administrative staff, facilitating clear communication and fostering a positive healthcare workplace culture.
Requirements
OND/Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in an administrative management role within the healthcare industry.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse healthcare administrative team.
Proficient in healthcare-specific software and Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a patient-centric approach.
