Job Summary
The Administrative Project Facilitator supports
the Chief Marketing and Communications Officer (CMCO) of U of U Health by ensuring seamless project execution and
coordination. This role involves monitoring project processes and outcomes, providing administrative and logistical support, and
contributing to the development of reports, proposals, and manuscripts. The facilitator documents issues, decisions, and project progress
while assisting with resource allocation and budget review to ensure project continuity.
In collaboration with project managers, the
facilitator may perform basic project management tasks, coordinate events such as seminars and workshops, and serve as the university’s
representative when interfacing with other departments or external organizations. This position requires excellent organizational,
communication, and analytical skills to drive successful project outcomes and maintain alignment with institutional goals.
Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
- Monitors the process and outcomes of the projects.
- Provides
administrative and logistical support. - Assists in preparing and distributing reports and manuscripts.
- Documents issues and
decisions. - Assists in preparing proposals, reports, and documents regarding projects.
- Participates in staffing the
project. - Reviews monthly budget statements to ensure that the project has the funds needed for continuation.
- Collaborates
with Project Managers and may perform basic project management functions. - May coordinate seminars, workshops, luncheons and other
meetings on topics within the scope of the project. - May act as the University’s representative for this field or specialty area
when contacting other departments and outside organizations.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a
clinical field or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience) plus 2 years related
experience, demonstrated communications skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service required. Experience in management
or coordination, training, quality assurance, team building, program development and evaluation preferred.
