Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design projects from concept development to construction documentation.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to develop innovative design solutions.
- Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards in the UAE.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
- Coordinate with project teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively..
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3-5 years of experience working as an Architect Engineer in the UAE.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and other design tools.
- REVIT Knowledge and experienced is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of UAE building regulations, codes, and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
