Job Description Summary
The AV/Student IT Services Support
Assistant will work as part of the Weitzman School of Design IT Services Team to support students and computer lab technology, operate AV
equipment, and have flexible hours to support daytime and evening Lectures and events. The position will also serve as an IT HelpDesk
Assistant performing basic IT troubleshooting duties and supporting the printing environment. Various shifts available. Possible evening
hours needed.

Job Description

Weitzman IT Services AV/Student Support Assistant position will work closely with
our IT HelpDesk Manager and the AV/Student Services Manager to provide support to students on personal devices as well as provide AV set-up
and Support for lectures and events that take place within Weitzman. This position helps faculty, staff, and students access installed and
portable AV equipment and make the best use of these resources for lectures/events, reviews, and teaching purposes. This position would
offer services such as equipment loans, hybrid presentation options, and on-site IT Support.

Salary offers are made based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and
