Job Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the administration and efficient daily operation of Proforce Port Harcourt branch, including operations, product sales, customer service, security and safety in accordance with the company’s objectives. Develops new sales strategy; provides a superior level of customer relations and promotes the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance and staff motivation; achieves individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals and retention of client’s relationships.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following;
- Manage the administrative and daily operations of the branch including delegating, recruitment & induction, training, assignments, evaluation of staff performances, disciplinary actions and setting departmental targets
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
- Follow up and liaise the Governor’s from the South East, International Oil Companies & Multinationals
- Follow up issues relating to the Army, Navy, Air-force, Police, Prison and other Government Agencies
- Oversees the Sales and repairs of armoured vehicles.
- Follow up businesses with respect to Proforce Auto Services – Maintenance, Repairs & Overhauling(MRO)
- Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
- Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests, exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Take enquiries from client.
- Any other function(s) that may be assigned by the HOO or GMD.
Qualifications / Experience
- First bachelor’s degree/HND in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or any Social sciences.
- A Master’s degree or an MBA will be added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years post graduate cognate experience, 3 years out of which must be in a managerial position.
Technical:
- Proven working experience as Branch Manager, Operations Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrate understanding and application of complex sales techniques and track record creating, negotiating and closing multi-million large scale deals.

Job Location
Port Harcout – Applicants MUST reside in port harcourt and its environs for proximity to work
Salary Range
N300,000 – N350,000
