Responsibilities:
Broad knowledge of corporate services industry (Mainland, Free Zones, Offshore).
- Dealing with new clients and providers.
- Ability to develop and implement complex projects, including establishment/amendment/liquidation of various entities in the UAE (LLC, Sole Establishment, Civil Company, FZE, LTD, Foundations, Trusts, DIFC&ADGM Regulated Entitles).
- Obtaining necessary External Approvals for regulated business activities.
- Comprehensive assistance with bank account opening (Corporate and Personal).
- Managing existing clients and their ongoing requirements.
- Drafting of various legal documents.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Russian Speaker
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Basic knowledge of VAT
- Extensive knowledge of ESR, NER, GOAML, Tax Residence
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Must have experience working in Business Setup Consultancies in the UAE
EDUCATION REQUIRED
Bachelor/MBA Degree
COMPENSATION:
