As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth for our company in Kuwait. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our market presence
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive business growth
  5. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify areas for improvement and growth

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales
  2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
