Responsibilities
Market Analysis and Strategy:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business growth within the telehealth sector.
  • Develop comprehensive business strategies to penetrate new markets and enhance the company’s competitive position.

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders to establish meaningful relationships.
  • Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events, to generate leads and foster business development opportunities.

Partnership Development:

  • Collaborate with healthcare organizations, insurance providers, and other relevant entities to explore partnership opportunities and mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic alliances to enhance the company’s service offerings and market reach.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning our telehealth solutions to meet those requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Drive the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals, demonstrating the value of our telehealth solutions to potential clients.

Communication and Reporting:

  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, providing regular updates on business development activities and progress toward goals.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on sales and business development metrics to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the healthcare or telehealth industry.
  • Strong understanding of the telehealth landscape, including industry trends, regulations, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
