JOB SITE: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
- Work in conjunction with all department heads to ensure maximum profitability
- Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
- Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price

- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
- evaluating project requirements to provide vital resources, including financial and human resources
- communicating with suppliers to negotiate material costs
- optimising decommissioning procedures to minimise losses
- visiting and monitoring retail outlets to assess wastage and efficiency
- Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures
- Present new strategies and assessments to stakeholders in a compelling fashion
- Educate and persuade stakeholders to procure buy-in and cooperation
- Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals

PROFESSIONAL/DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
***This is for Local (Saudi Arabia) Hiring Only.
- Residency/Iqama : Must be Transferable
- Membership : Must be a registered member of either SOCPA or SCE.
- Residency : Must be currently residing in Dammam/Khobar or nearby area whom able to attend the personal interview once selected.
- Education : Bacherlor’s or Master’s Degree in any Financing and Accounting related fields.
- Experience : With minimum of Three (3) Years work experience in Cost Control.
PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal in both Arabic and English Language.
- Solid networking and interpersonal skills
- Able to generate budgets and reports
- Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
- Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with department heads
- Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
- Strong Resource and Research Management Skills
